"Let’s Talk About Coffee" was a cultural and educational experience designed to connect the Colombian migrant community and coffee lovers in Orlando with the deeper meaning and richness of Colombian specialty coffee.

The event featured a professional coffee cupping session, where attendees learned to evaluate the sensory qualities of different coffee profiles—including aroma, body, acidity, and flavor notes. Experts explained the traceability of coffee, taking participants on a journey from the coffee farm to the consumer’s cup, highlighting the impact of origin, altitude, processing, and care in every bean.

The session also explored how sensory characteristics influence consumer preferences, empowering attendees to become more informed coffee drinkers and advocates for high-quality, traceable coffee. It fostered dialogue, appreciation, and pride in Colombian coffee heritage, while building community around shared values.
